Expanding from core travel operations into a B2B super-app required penetrating notoriously fragmented auto parts supply chains. JOY needed a cohesive, high-trust visual identity that appealed to both crypto-savvy travelers and institutional B2B clients.

A super-app needs a super-identity. We built trust through seamless, high-fidelity visual systems.

Led the creative direction for their dual-market entry. We built a kinetic, multilingual visual identity that demystified their complex Web3 integrations while maintaining strict enterprise credibility for their B2B portals.

The Execution

Designed the UI/UX conceptual framework for the B2B portal dashboards and directed the end-to-end creative for the Malaysia market entry and multilingual social launch campaigns.
